Great location, no amenities, rooms okay, smelled like wet carpet in hallway. Corporate business-friendly, choose boutique for holiday. Too many people in lobby, high prices for food and drinks.

The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to all the major attractions and sights, making it convenient for exploring this vibrant city. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful rotunda where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. The staff were excellent - the concierge was helpful and provided great recommendations. We also appreciated the option to rent gym kits, which saved us space in our suitcases. this hotel was great in terms of cleanliness, location, breakfast, and staff.

We had an amazing family vacation at this historic hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the gates of relaxation at the beautiful botanical gardens and close to the vibrant Las Letras neighborhood. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with electronic controls for heat and light. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was superb, with a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel also had a fantastic Asian restaurant with top-quality sushi and cocktails. Plus, the stained glass dome above the main dining room added a touch of elegance to our dining experience. We loved every moment of our stay.

That the room air conditioning didn't have a thermostat, so we had to choose between freezing or getting too warm.

The coffee could be better. Salt and pepper shakers need improvement. Elegant lobby and breakfast room. Impeccable condition. Quick elevators. Gorgeous and up-to-date rooms. Well-maintained. Special mention to Aitor, the helpful concierge. Enjoyable opera brunch with beautiful food decorations. Nice and helpful front porters. Top-class hotel with comfortable rooms. Extremely helpful staff. Great location to explore the city attractions and local restaurants for an authentic experience.

The hotel is located in a prime location near the Prada museum and the beautiful botanical gardens. It is also very close to the center, making it convenient for guests. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are well-equipped. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast buffet offers a variety of options.

The decor of the hotel needs improvement.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious facilities and exceptional service. We were impressed by the private facilities and the beautiful Spa & wellness centre with its sauna, Jacuzzi, and treatment rooms. the restaurant served a delicious buffet breakfast and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a relaxing drink.

The Palace Hotel in Madrid was really good. Excellent location near museums and botanical garden. Updated rooms in stylish gray. Helpful and friendly staff. Extra police security for added peace of mind. Efficient and amiable personnel. Superb breakfast and dining options. Clean and convenient car parking service. A perfect and high-standard stay.

Beautifully located hotel in the heart of all the action. The hotel provided a lovely welcome gift for our New Year's Eve celebration, and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. We enjoyed a delicious meal via room service when our dinner reservations were cancelled, and the hotel offered complimentary coffee and hot chocolate each morning. The concierge was very helpful in providing directions and information on local attractions.

The breakfast was just okay, and we had to send back our poached eggs multiple times as they were cold. the hotel was accommodating and removed the breakfast charge.

The location of the hotel couldn't have been better - it was within walking distance of all the major attractions in the city, including museums and parks. The grand architecture of the building was excellent and made for a fine first impression.

There were a couple of aspects that detracted from my overall experience. there was a persistent odor in the bathroom that was quite unpleasant.

Beautiful lobby and rotunda. The Asian restaurant in the hotel lobby, Zen Market, surprised us with a delicious five-course dinner. Buffet breakfast was excellent with great variety and service. The hotel is centrally located, close to major city attractions. The bar is a lovely place to unwind after a day of exploring.

This venue is a luxurious retreat that exceeded my expectations. the exclusive amenities and incredible service left me feeling pampered and relaxed. the Spa & Wellness centre was just what I needed to unwind after a long day, especially the sauna and body scrub treatments. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were top-notch, serving up delicious cuisine and exquisite cocktails.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the noise level in the corridors as staff went about their work late at night. the doors slamming shut and trolleys being wheeled around made it a bit difficult to sleep.

Lovely exterior and a glorious glass dome that lets in beautiful sunlight. Great location, walking distance to everything. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants and bars.
